Ingredients 

Mandelic Acid (5%): This is the primary active ingredient. It is an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) derived from bitter almonds that has a larger molecular size compared to other AHAs like glycolic acid, making it less irritating and suitable for sensitive skin. It helps to gently exfoliate dead skin cells, improve skin texture and tone, reduce the appearance of pores, regulate sebum, and possesses antibacterial properties effective against acne.

Panthenol: Also known as Vitamin B5, it acts as a humectant and moisturizer, helping the skin to retain hydration and improving its ability to regenerate. It also has anti-inflammatory and soothing properties.

Centella Asiatica Extract: This botanical extract is known for its strong soothing and anti-inflammatory properties, which help protect the skin barrier and reduce redness.

Beta-Glucan: Found in cell walls of yeast and mushrooms, it provides intensive skin repair, wound healing properties, and deep hydration, helping to soothe the skin after exfoliation.

Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract: Known for its skin-brightening and anti-inflammatory effects, it helps to even out skin tone and reduce hyperpigmentation.

Sodium Hyaluronate: A form of hyaluronic acid, it functions as a potent humectant that attracts and holds water in the skin, keeping it plump and hydrated.

Houttuynia Cordata Extract: This ingredient contains flavonoids that offer anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antibacterial benefits, and also acts as a humectant.

Arginine: An amino acid that is a natural moisturizing factor, it helps with skin hydration and can help speed up wound healing. It also forms a complex with the mandelic acid to provide a time-release effect, further reducing potential irritation.

How to Use

With clean skin, apply 2-3 drops of the toner on a cotton pad and gently wipe over the face, avoiding the eye contour and mouth. You can tap gently so that the toner is better absorbed. If you want a more intense exfoliating effect, soak the cotton pad well and pass it over the skin as if you were cleansing it, pressing gently. If you have very sensitive skin or are using AHA acid for the first time, start by applying small doses of the product.

You can use the toner 3-4 times a week (or 2-3 times if you have sensitive skin) avoiding combining it with other AHA and BHA acids. Since it has exfoliating acid in its formula, it is important that you use sunscreen when you apply the toner (if it is in the night routine, don’t forget the sunscreen the next morning).

Precautions

Before use, perform a patch test on the back of your hand to check for possible allergic reactions. Store out of reach of children, out of direct sunlight, at room temperature. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water. If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
