Are the cosmetics original?
Yes, we work directly with official distributors and manufacturers. All products have batch codes and holograms (where applicable), and comply with AEMPS standards. We do not carry counterfeits.
Is it safe to pay at an online cosmetics store?
Yes, it is completely safe. We accept Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Bizum, and bank transfers. All payments are processed via a secure SSL connection. We do not store your card details.
How long does it take to deliver cosmetics?
Orders are shipped to mainland Spain and usually arrive within 2-4 business days.
Do you deliver to the Canary Islands / Balearic Islands?
No, unfortunately we do not deliver to the Canary and Balearic Islands.
Our online cosmetics store delivers only within mainland Spain.
Is it possible to return cosmetics?
Cosmetics cannot be returned once opened due to sanitary and hygienic regulations (in accordance with EU law). If the product is unopened and in its original packaging, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt.
Is there a minimum order amount?
We have no minimum order amount—you can order even just one item. Free shipping is available only on orders over €55 within mainland Spain. The exact shipping cost is always calculated automatically in your cart.
Do you have an offline store?
No, we do not have an offline retail store.

If you pick up your order in person, delivery is free—you don’t pay for shipping.
How does this work:
- When placing your order, select the “Pickup” delivery method in your shopping cart.
- Once your order is collected and ready, we will send you a notification via email and SMS.
- You can pick up your order at a time convenient for you (after prior arrangement by phone or WhatsApp).

How to activate a coupon or promo code?
Activating a promo code is very simple:
- Add the desired products to your cart.
- Go to Cart (button in the top menu or on the checkout page).
- Below the list of products, you will see a field called “Promo code” or “Have a coupon?” (Coupon code).
- Enter your promo code in this field and click the “Apply” button.
- If the coupon is valid, the discount will be applied immediately and the total order amount will be reduced.
Important points:
- The promo code must be entered before paying for the order.
- One promo code can only be applied to one order.
- Some coupons only work on certain order amounts or specific brands.
- If the promo code doesn’t work, check the spelling, expiration date, and terms of the promotion.
If the discount isn’t applied after entering the code, please email us the promo code and order number. We’ll check and help you activate it manually.
