These Terms of Use govern the purchase of goods through the online store koreanwonder.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), owned by the company:

Use of the Website and placing orders constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

The Website is available in Russian, English, and Spanish. In case of discrepancies, the Spanish version shall prevail.

2. Product Information

We sell only original Korean cosmetics. Each product page includes:

Ingredients

Expiration date

Instructions for use

All descriptions are for informational purposes only. Product images closely match the actual items, but minor differences may occur (for example, packaging design updates by the manufacturer).

3. Prices and Payment

Prices:

All prices on the Website include VAT (IVA incluido).

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated separately at checkout.

Prices may be changed at any time, but products are charged at the price valid at the moment the order is placed.

Payment methods:

Bizum — instant payment

PayPal — instant payment

Bank transfer — the order is processed only after the payment is received in our account (usually 1–2 business days). If the payment is not received within 5 business days, the order is automatically canceled.

4. Order Placement

The order placement process includes the following steps:

Adding products to the cart

Entering contact details and delivery address

Selecting a delivery method

Selecting a payment method

Confirming the order and making payment

After successful payment, the customer receives an order confirmation email. The sales contract is considered concluded at the moment the “Pay” button is clicked and the payment is completed.

5. Delivery

Delivery zones:
We deliver only within mainland Spain. Delivery to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla is not available.

Delivery time:

Standard delivery time: 1–2 business days from order confirmation.

Delays may occur during sales or holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service.

Shipping cost:

Orders of €55 or more — free delivery.

Orders below €55 — shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout and depends on parcel weight.

Receiving the order:
If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel, the delivery service (Correos) will leave a notification. Further actions (redelivery attempts, storage at the post office, return сроки) are governed by the postal operator’s rules. We recommend tracking your parcel using the tracking number sent after dispatch.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Return of Goods of Proper Quality)

In accordance with European legislation, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.

Important conditions:

The product must be in sealed packaging, unused, with original appearance and factory labels intact.

Cosmetics are considered goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if opened. Therefore, we accept returns only for sealed products.

Return procedure:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds:

We will refund the full product cost within 14 days from the moment we receive the returned item at our warehouse. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

7. Defective Goods

If the product is defective (damaged packaging, expired product, incorrect item):

Contact us within 7 days: info@koreanwonder.com (attach photos of the defect)

We will arrange a free return at our expense

After receiving the defective product, we will:

Replace the item with an identical one (if available), or

Issue a full refund including shipping costs (if they were paid)

8. Promotions and Discounts

Promo codes and discount coupons have a limited validity period.

Promo codes cannot be combined (you cannot use two promo codes at the same time).

Discounts do not apply to products already participating in special promotions (unless stated otherwise).

The store administration reserves the right to cancel an order if a promo code was applied incorrectly or should not have been activated due to a technical error.

9. Liability

We are liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

In cases of ordinary negligence, our liability is limited to the value of the product.

We are not liable for indirect damages (loss of profit) or damages caused by third parties (e.g., delivery services).
