Delivery zones

We deliver orders only within mainland Spain. Unfortunately, delivery to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla is not available.

Shipping cost

For orders of €55 or more – delivery is FREE.

For orders of less than €55 – the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout (depends on the parcel weight).

Delivery time

1–2 business days from the moment the order is confirmed.

During sales periods, holidays, or promotions, slight delays may occur. We do everything possible to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible!

How to track your order

After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel on the Spanish Post (Correos) website.

What if you missed the courier?

The courier will leave a notification. Further actions (redelivery, storage at the post office) are regulated by the rules of the Spanish Post. Please track your parcel status using the tracking number.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. Return of goods of proper quality (change of mind)

You have the right to return the product within 14 days without providing a reason.

Return conditions:

The product must be in sealed packaging and unused.

The original appearance, factory labels, and original packaging must be preserved.

Cosmetics can only be returned if sealed (hygiene requirements).

How to return a product:

Email us at info@koreanwonder.com to notify us of the return.

Send the product to the following address:

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds:

We will refund the product cost within 14 days from the moment the parcel is received at our warehouse. The money will be returned using the same payment method used for the purchase.

2. Return of defective goods (defect, wrong item)

If you received:

• an expired product

• damaged packaging

• a different item than what you ordered

What to do:

Contact us within 7 days via email at info@koreanwonder.com.

Attach photos of the defect (this will speed up the process).

We will arrange a free return at our expense.

Resolution options:

• Replacement with a similar product (if available)

• Full refund, including shipping costs (if they were paid)
