Delivery zones<\/h3>

We deliver orders only within mainland Spain. Unfortunately, delivery to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla is not available.<\/p>

Shipping cost<\/h3>

For orders of \u20ac55 or more<\/strong> \u2013 delivery is FREE<\/strong>.<\/p>

For orders of less than \u20ac55<\/strong> \u2013 the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout (depends on the parcel weight).<\/p>

Delivery time<\/h3>

1\u20132 business days<\/strong> from the moment the order is confirmed.<\/p>

During sales periods, holidays, or promotions, slight delays may occur. We do everything possible to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible!<\/p>

How to track your order<\/h3>

After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel on the Spanish Post (Correos) website.<\/p>

What if you missed the courier?<\/h3>

The courier will leave a notification. Further actions (redelivery, storage at the post office) are regulated by the rules of the Spanish Post. Please track your parcel status using the tracking number.<\/p>


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. Return of goods of proper quality (change of mind)<\/h3>

You have the right to return the product within 14 days<\/strong> without providing a reason.<\/p>

Return conditions:<\/h3>

The product must be in sealed packaging and unused<\/strong>.<\/p>

The original appearance, factory labels, and original packaging must be preserved.<\/p>

Cosmetics can only be returned if sealed<\/strong> (hygiene requirements).<\/p>
